Where are you Christmas Tree?

O Christmas Tree! O Christmas Tree!
Thy leaves are so not with us;
O Christmas Tree! O Christmas Tree!
Thy leaves are so not with us;
We only wish to see your green,
But finals keep us from you dear.
O Christmas Tree! O Christmas Tree!
Thy leaves are so not with us!
O Christmas Tree! O Christmas Tree!
Much pleasure, if you would get here;
O Christmas Tree! O Christmas Tree!
Much pleasure, if you would get here;
We imitate with paper trees but
it doesn't near compare with thee!
O Christmas Tree! O Christmas Tree!
Much pleasure if you would get here.
O Christmas Tree! O Christmas Tree!
Thy paper rings we've made!
O Christmas Tree! O Christmas Tree!
Thy paper rings we've made!
We wait and wait to get you here
because my husband is not near
instead he studies shakespeare
O Christmas Tree! O Christmas Tree!
Thy paper rings we've made!
O Christmas Tree! O Christmas Tree!
How richly God has decked thee!
O Christmas Tree! O Christmas Tree!
How richly God has decked thee!
Oh, please tree wait until the day
that finals leave and peace replace
My husband will come buy you
and we can finally have you
O Christmas Tree! O Christmas Tree!
How richly God has decked thee!

This is too cute! This makes me sad to see little man standing waiting for his Christmas Tree. Jessica, I think you should write a childrens book.

OOoooooh I second the childrens book idea! That was sooo cute!! We have a white CHRISTmas tree this year! I love it. It is so bright and pretty. I want to see a pic of yall's tree with Caedmon standing by it!!! Poor baby. Be blessed.

I third the motion on the floor, presented by the honorable representative from the great state of Anonymous on this day of the ninth of December, two-thousand and five years from the birth of our blessed Savior the Lord Jesus Christ.

I keep looking for a picture of the Christmas Tree so little man can move! He told me he wanted to go play.
